About

I specialize in helping treatment-resistant clients and couples, people who tried different types of therapy but have not made progress. I am able to help clients go deeper more quickly and help them remain focused on the internal goals they wish to achieve. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, and other relational issues.

I draw heavily from a type of therapy called Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), which focuses on anxiety regulation and recognizing defenses that get in the way of relationships with others and the self. I also integrate many theories depending on the needs of the client.

Every single person is different, and so I want to learn about you and how you specifically can navigate a path towards growth and consistent self-care. I offer a welcoming space for all people.
