About

Adjusting to changes in a time of uncertainty while maintaining a sense of connection to one’s friends and family can be difficult. In such conditions it is easy to feel disconnected from one's career and from the support systems used to foster a sense of stability. This sense of disconnection can be overwhelming and can result in feelings of anxiety and depression.

In my practice, I work with clients to help them adjust to life’s big changes and to support them in improving and repairing connections with friends, family, and loved ones. As making positive life changes takes resolve and courage, I use a client-centered, relational approach to establish a trusting, nonjudgmental environment where growth is most possible.

I have experience with children, young adults, adults and families and welcome an open dialogue that incorporates client feedback within the process of developing and working towards goals. Both remote and in-person sessions in Williamsburg and on the Upper West Side are available. Please reach out with any questions and to schedule an initial session.
