It can be so easy to feel uncertain, powerless and out of control, whether that be in our relationships with others (or even ourselves), our current responsibilities or the outside world. Maybe you’re attempting to navigate a major loss or sudden transition in your life; maybe you find it difficult to advocate for your needs, or find yourself living to work, attempting to find meaning in the daily grind. Maybe you’re yearning for connection with others, or just find it difficult to get out of bed; attempting to navigate this terrain by yourself can seem insurmountable. The great thing is that there is hope; you don’t have to go through it alone. My therapeutic approach is warm, inviting, and direct. I’m passionate about my work and take great care in attending to my clients’ needs, working collaboratively to reach their unique goals. If you are viewing this page, this is a HUGE step. I want to help you be your most effective self-advocate so that you have the tools you need to navigate this ever-changing and stressful world. I will meet you where you are, wherever that is, without judgment. I look forward to collaborating with you.
