Hello! I know it takes courage to reach out and seek support. Before diving deeper into my approach, I want to share that my next available appointments will begin in February 2022. With availability Tuesday-Thursday 9-4:30PM. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Green Bay. I integrate evidence-based approaches to support the treatment of relational issues, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns within the family. I take a collaborative approach with the intention to discover strengths, instill hope, and inspire change. (Updated 12.16.2021) My specialties include: anxiety and depression, adjustment, life transitions, couple/relational issues, child/adolescent mental health. I'm actively involved with the family support community and have worked with individuals, couples, and families. I'm sensitive to issues of diversity, and have experience working with a wide-range of clients from different backgrounds. Aside from outpatient therapy, I have many years of experience providing school-based mental health. I have supported teachers and early child professionals providing consultation and training.
