BeCa loves working with folks to discover what parts of our past are still impacting us today… discovering the “un-past.” Through exploring the former parts of ourselves or our old stories that still feel frustratingly present with us today, we can grieve and process those old stories and begin to write new ones. BeCa conceptualizes through trauma and attachment lens and utilizes relational psychodynamic therapy. Additionally, she is an EMDR trained clinician and utilizes mindfulness interventions. BeCa graduated from Richmont Graduate University and brings a wealth of life experience into the therapy room. She specializes in adults and adolescents with PTSD, spiritual and religious trauma, family wounds, chronic health support, boundaries, HSPs, harm OCD, and anxiety. She offers individual, pre-marital, and parent coaching sessions. BeCa loves to laugh and find adventure. Outside of the therapy room, she loves dallying in her hobby de jour, spending time with friends and family, and watching or reading a procedural and/or reality TV.
