Sometimes life can be completely unpredictable. Whether it’s an unexpected tragedy, loss of a loved one or relationship, or other forms of stress, nobody is immune to difficulty. I find that sharing my life experiences together with state-of-the art therapeutic interventions can encourage clients to gain hope and power in their lives. My professional training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a solution-focused approach, and DBT, to address depression, anxiety/stress, and PTSD-related symptoms. I find that cognitive restructuring and communication skills building can be especially effective in treating symptoms. You can expect a safe and non-judgmental space in which to freely process your thoughts and emotions as you start your healing journey. Give me a call for your free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
