About

Openings available- I believe that a collaborative approach and a genuine therapeutic relationship serve as the foundation for immense personal growth and change. I work from a place of warmth and compassion, striving to create a safe and non-judgmental space from which to explore emotions, life patterns, and areas for growth. I specialize in working with college students and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, loss, relationship challenges, and trauma. I have worked in the mental health field for five years, two of those years working in college counseling and the past three years in community mental health.

I practice psychotherapy from an integrative approach, incorporating humanistic, psychodynamic, and strength-based orientations. I believe that lasting change begins with a sense of emotional safety and unconditional positive regard in a relationship that allows for examining painful experiences in one’s life.

The events of 2020-2023 have presented incomprehensible challenges to our way of life, the way we think about the world, and the way we see ourselves in it. I provide services through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform with the goal of increasing access to support. Please reach out if I can help you through this difficult time.
