Therapeutic approaches cannot be a one-size-fits-all solution. My therapeutic work is centered on honoring each individual's unique lived experiences and identities. I am deeply committed to fostering meaningful change through a compassionate and collaborative therapy process. I specialize in supporting adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relational concerns, intimacy and sexual issues, immigration experiences, identity development, and life transitions. I believe in our innate capacity to learn, grow, and transform, especially when provided with responsive and caring therapeutic connections. View 4 Photos My approach centers on liberation and empowerment. I help clients identify harmful patterns and systemic barriers, fostering self-awareness, connection, and personal agency. Using relational and multicultural perspectives, along with other evidence-based practices like EFT, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness, I guide clients in cultivating change and well-being. Healing occurs within relationships, and I strive to create a non-judgmental, authentic, and supportive space where clients feel seen and heard. By integrating systemic and sociocultural factors (e.g., race, immigration status, gender, sexuality, religion, ability) I ensure that the broader context of each client’s experience is central to our work together.
