About

Emotional health and relationship difficulties can lead to a ripple effect of stress throughout all components of life. My goal is to provide a comfortable environment to build a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship. The focus of my work is addressing symptoms while exploring other important aspects of your life such as your values, goals, relationships, and how and where you invest your time and resources. Expanding your understanding of how all of these factors interact to affect your emotional and physical health can lead to a treatment plan that helps you discover the path to the life you want.

I'm a clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and relationships issues with older teens, adults, and couples. My training provided me with a broad range of integrative and interdisciplinary experiences. I believe this approach is a key way to break the exhaustive cycle of stress and discontent.

Whether you're seeking therapy for the first time or have had experience with therapy before, it would be a pleasure to talk with you about your goals and how therapy could help you reach them. Don't hesitate to call me with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
