As we move along in our treatment, you will gain strategies to regulate mood/anxiety, reclaim your life, develop purpose and feel more skillful. I offer both remote and in person sessions. I have over 20 years of experience. This is my 17th year in private practice. My approach is: compassion-focused, ACT, holistic approach, DBT, & CBT.
