About

Have you noticed your child acting different? Maybe they have been acting out at home or at school? Or have they seemed to lose interest in activities that they once enjoyed? It’s hard to see your child or adolescent struggling. It can be even more challenging when it seems like there’s a disconnect between caregiver and child, and nothing is changing or getting better. This is where I can help. If your child or teen is experiencing or has experienced trauma, is currently showing signs of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, etc. I’m here to help these young individuals navigate the complexities of their emotions and experiences.

My approach is grounded in trauma-focused interventions that empower children and teens to overcome challenges and build resilience. I help clients design tools to manage, express, and cope with challenging emotions like stress and anxiety. I also educate the client's family on building a supportive environment at home to facilitate healing and growth.

As a professional who works with children and adolescents, I understand the unique needs and sensitivities that come with this developmental stage. Trauma can have profound effects, and my priority is to create a safe and empathetic space for your child. I am committed to walking alongside you and your child on this journey toward healing and resilience.
