I'm Ashley Siebrasse at Ensō Mental Health, and I value a holistic approach to counseling and will consider all aspects of a person in our work together. I am committed to providing a safe and judgment free space to reflect and grow through all of life’s experiences. I am passionate about working w/individuals & couples going through transition periods, coping with trauma & loss, wanting to improve communication & relationship satisfaction, as well as those looking to improve their relationship w/body image & food. I also have experience working w/substance use issues that often cohabitate with mental & emotional issues. I strongly believe in the power of relationships with animals and nature, which influences my therapeutic approach.
