My approach to therapy is deeply relational. I believe the difficulties we often perceive as existing within an individual (anxiety, for example) are, in fact, rooted in and interwoven with our personal and familial histories, as well as our broader relational, cultural, and societal contexts. We are all interconnected, and no person is an island. The beauty and power of psychotherapy is that it offers a safe, collaborative, and supportive relational context in which to look deeply at ourselves and our world and forge paths toward greater meaning, authenticity, connection, and wellness. I specialize in working with couples and individuals who are experiencing current relationship difficulties or are looking to recover from wounds in earlier attachment relationships. I also work with clients struggling with life transitions (e.g., early adulthood, relationship transitions, parenting, relocating, midlife, career changes, grief and loss). I believe that a genuine and compassionate alliance between client and therapist is the most important factor on your journey toward healing and growth. I will bring warmth, humility, humor, and non-judgement to support you on your path toward living a healthy, authentic, and fulfilling life. Please reach out to see if we are good fit.
