Hi! My name is Ashley Abernathy and I am excited to be able to offer counseling services to you. I believe in the process of counseling and I have seen the relief it can bring to those who are feeling overwhelmed, confused and exhausted. I provide a safe place to process a variety of concerns including disappointments, emotional pain, and sudden loss. My goals are to equip you with tools that will give you confidence to walk through whatever you are facing and to be a source of support along your journey. I believe that God has a plan for the pain in our lives and that there is hope for each of us. I enjoy supporting individuals desiring to make changes in their lives and that are willing to join in the work of the counseling process. I have experience helping individuals walk through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and disappointments. I also enjoy working with women navigating the challenges of motherhood. As a counselor, I will integrate evidence-based counseling techniques with Biblical truth. I am offering both Telehealth services and in person sessions to meet the needs of clients.
