About

I am now accepting new children, adolescents, and adult clients at both locations. Therapy is as unique as you are. We’ll collaborate to design a path that aligns with your specific needs and goals. In a supportive, non-judgmental space, I’m here to help you explore, heal, and empower yourself to create the life you envision. Together, we’ll work towards helping you become the best version of yourself. Throughout my career, I work with kids as young as 3 years old, adolescents, and adults of all ages experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns by utilizing humanistic approaches blended with CBT, ACT, and DBT.

For over five years, I have assisted clients facing a wide range of mental health and behavioral concerns, including ASD, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment disorders, career concerns, relationship challenges, and trauma. I also provide counseling and coaching for parents who have neurodivergent children.

Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming and discouraging process. Please don't hesitate to get in touch for a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit to work together. If you miss me, please feel free to leave a message, and I'll get back to you within 1 business day.
