About

I enjoy working with children, teens, families, and those interested in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. While I work with a variety of demographics and backgrounds, I’ve found my work most focused around those suffering from eating disorders, addictions, women’s issues, terminal illness, grief and spiritual emergence. Those whose realities feel tenuous, who want to take back control of their life. Who they are, and who they hope to be.

The work we will do together will be co-created and collaborative. I like to combine a variety of modalities together which help offer a balance between both the practical and the deeper more abstract parts of the psyche and foundational understandings of the self. We are starting together from scratch. So what's the life you want to create for yourself?

I welcome the “messiness” within us all, and the complexities therein of each of our unique experiences. I want to help you create a life you can be proud of, one written by your own hands. Disentangling you from narratives that no longer apply, and recapturing together, the essence of who you are. We will find the you beneath it all again.
