About

Engaging counseling is opening to the process of change or healing. Whether your evolution involves an emotional experience, habit, relationship pattern, thought, or some other barrier to your version of wholeness, it takes courage and humility to get started. I aid clients in accessing and building personal resilience, strength and self-esteem in all phases of their journey. It is my hope that together we can gain an understanding of your needs, wants, processes and beliefs to collaborate a path towards your identified goals.

Some areas of specialty include anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, self-acceptance, relationship building, behavioral issues, depression, substance use, and adjustment. I have training and experience in individual counseling with adolescents and adults, family systems and couples.

We all have the ability to heal, change and grow with nonjudgemental support and an awareness of our own strengths and resources. It is my hope to help you know and accept yourself in any version of growth and healing.
