Do you feel the pressure of life’s stressors or feel misunderstood by your loved ones? Do you struggle to make sense of upsetting, traumatic events? Well, welcome to a place where you can learn healthy coping skills to manage stressors. A place where you are understood and listened to. A place where you are free to openly explore and process your thoughts and feelings related to upsetting, traumatic events. A place where you can be the most authentic version of yourself and start to heal! “Not all those who wander are lost.”- J.R.R Tolkien. In therapy, you have the opportunity for self-exploration, self-reflection and self-discovery. I am honored to have the chance to accompany my clients on their journeys and to help them come to not only tolerate their journeys, but to love and embrace them. I primarily utilize a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach but also integrate Trauma-focused, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy approaches. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults looking to explore and process everything from daily stressors to anxiety and depression to traumatic events.
