I have over 30 years of clinical experience as a therapist and life coach. I help people clarify, focus and reach their personal and professional goals. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing psychotherapy in West Los Angeles and San Luis Obispo Ca. I have extensive experience in individual, couple, and family counseling. My therapeutic focus is on the whole person rather than a cluster of symptoms. I help people understand how their habits, beliefs and expectations effects their overall health. In doing so I help my clients mobilize their inner resources for self healing and personal high performance.
