About

...thank you and welcome. One focus from 1st session is to demystify and simplify that the process of change is not painful, only our resistance to it is. The fact that you're reading this implies that you are already open to and considering change. C-19 and current status of our culture/globe has escalated stress, anxiety, depression, vicarious trauma, isolation, OC behaviors, substance use and cyber-addiction, etc. My approach is interpersonal, helping clients learn new living skills and promote the experience of a shift in their perception to discover that in actuality, we don't see life as IT is...we see life as WE are. Namaste

NTF: I'M CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW CLIENTS.

The therapy experience is a gift to ourselves. It's a secure space to explore and wonder out loud safely and judgment free. Often, clients uncover answers to questions they didn't know they had. "Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.." Viktor Frankl
