As a therapist, my hope is that you feel safe, empowered, and validated as we work together to find solutions to the various challenges you are facing. I believe self-awareness and self-compassion are foundational to personal healing and growth and are integral parts of the work we do in therapy. I've had the joy and privilege of helping individuals navigate through addiction and recovery, anxiety, traumatic experiences, depression, and life stressors. I use multiple therapeutic approaches, based off the needs and cultures of my clients, as therapy should be unique and tailored to the individual. I specialize in co-occurring disorders (individuals with both substance use and mental health disorders), anxiety, and trauma. I also have competencies in grief work, depressive disorders, and supporting individuals exploring neurodivergence. I take a person-centered approach to therapy but pull from a variety of modalities to best support my clients' needs. It takes incredible courage to start and stay with therapy, and I want you to feel seen and heard during your sessions. I love helping others find the courage to show up whole-heartedly and as their authentic selves in all aspects of their lives. You are worthy just by existing in this world. I would love to accompany you on your journey in healing.
