I’m a clinical psychologist specializing in trauma and anxiety disorders, dedicated to helping individuals navigate the journey of healing from traumatic experiences. My approach to therapy is both evidence-based and client-centered, driven by your unique goals for personal growth and well-being. Maybe you are looking to move through the world with greater ease and freedom, feel a sense of peace, better connect with others, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, or feel empowered to move toward positive change. I would be honored to work together to create a space where all of this becomes possible. View 9 Photos I completed my internship training and a fellowship in military and combat trauma through the VA Healthcare System. I’ve also worked extensively with students, young professionals, parents, older adults, and those processing childhood trauma, racial trauma, and grief. I’m grateful to be in a field where I can support others and that is constantly evolving. Professionally, I found myself drawn to psychology time and again, and particularly to trauma work. The reality is, most of us will experience one or more traumatic events in our lifetime. Fortunately, we learn more and more over time about how people can recover from trauma and move toward a place of growth and thriving.
