Life can be difficult especially when a person is struggling in their relationships or has been traumatized. These stressors can lead to depression & anxiety. It can help to have a neutral, objective, & non- judgmental person to talk with. I value the opportunity to work as a team to tap into an individual’s self-awareness & their own inner wealth of knowledge as they move towards growth, change, & healing. I use a variety of evidence based treatment approaches personalized for each client. I also use a psychoeducational approach to support individuals as they learn healthier methods to cope with various life stressors. I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience treating adolescents, adults, couples & families. I have extensive experience working with survivors/families affected by domestic violence & sexual abuse. I also specialize in treating depression, anxiety, parenting/relationship/women’s issues, grief & stress management. Through self compassion, self-care, and empowerment, I offer individuals a safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental space to guide them towards emotional health and well-being. I am humbled to be a part of your journey towards healing, change and growth. I love what I do and I would love to share that passion with you.
