About
Using my previous career experience in nursing, education, and mental health coaching, I aim to help clients find balance, peace, self-appreciation, and empowerment. We are all an intersection of our beliefs, values, and culture. By integrating these aspects into a resilient and consistent idea of self, we can tackle all life throws at us. Blending techniques from play therapy, narrative therapy, internal family systems theory, behavioral, and choice theories allows me to develop plans specific to my clients.
