About

You may be feeling temporarily overwhelmed by the situation, in your relationship, at work, in the culture you live in or you may have felt emotionally distressed over a long period of time. In both cases, therapy can be the first step to bring relief, self actualization and happiness to you and your loved ones.

My approach is flexible, multi cultural and relational. I work with individuals, children and families with an emphasis on family dynamics. My focus is on helping you identify your own goals and help you in your path towards them. I make myself available for appointments in the evening and weekends, as needed.

I have lived in many countries and cultures and can identify with cultural gaps, mixed marriages and difficulties in cultural adaptation.I have worked with global companies and provide on site individual and group therapy. Mental health is the cornerstone of health itself and I strongly believe that it deserves to be invested in.
