About

Annette aims to provide a compassionate, supportive and non-judgmental environment by attuning to the individual and meeting them right where they are. She places value on cultivating safety and trust through the therapeutic relationship as she believes clients are the experts of their own experiences and their own intersecting identities. Annette comes alongside her clients to help them see their strengths, begin to work through personal issues, nurture resiliency and improve their quality of life. She has experience working with various mood disorders, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma and life transitions.

Annette is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and her treatment approach is trauma-informed and influenced by relational and attachment theories. She utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach to support the mind-body connection and deepen the relationship and connection to one's authentic self.

Annette believes everyone has the capacity to connect to their own worthiness, needs, trust, and autonomy while being in relationship with self and others. This is an invitation to begin (or continue) self-inquiry within a curious and emotionally supportive space.
