Life events are like pieces of a puzzle that create the picture of where you are today. I have worked with women who left abusive relationships for the safety of a shelter to addicts/ alcoholics looking toward the path of recovery and now with mentally ill clients who seek a normal. I work on relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, addiction, abuse, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, and codependency. I am a straightforward, caring, intuitively connected therapist that gets to your core issues to help you better understand how you got to where you are, how you can get unstuck, and how to move forward. I am passionate about relationships whether intimate or familial. I enjoy sharing with clients how they can better connect and communicate with each other so that they can grow both as an individual and as a member of a couple or family. I help you see potential in yourself and help you make the decisions necessary to take the next best steps to cross this current bridge in your life.
