Dr. Sabraski specializes in providing therapy to children and teenagers, particularly those with a history of adjustment disorders, trauma, domestic violence, Down syndrome, and general struggles with anxiety and depression. Dr. Sabraski especially enjoys working with adolescents and teenagers as they navigate the many life transitions, relationship changes, and self-growth that occurs during this period of life. This can be a very challenging and distressing time in a young person’s life, and throughout her experience Dr. Sabraski has developed extensive proficiency in working with this population. Dr. Sabraski aims to increase a child’s protective factors, challenge risk factors, and collaborate with the supportive adults in a child’s life to ensure that they are being provided with the tools necessary to create a strong foundation and build a physically and emotionally healthy life. Dr. Anne Sabraski is a clinical pediatric psychologist with close to fifteen years of experience in psychotherapy and diagnostic treatment. Throughout her practice, Dr. Sabraski has been driven by the principle that children should be met with warmth, validation and a supportive environment to help them achieve their full potential.
