About
My specialty is working with couples and individuals to strengthen their mental health through building secure attachments with themselves and others. Together we explore life experiences that have led to feelings of attachment insecurity and we work to build new experiences of emotionally safety and security. With couples, we explore places they get stuck and help create new communication patterns and a deeper connection to strengthen their bonds. I also work with individuals who are struggling with relationships challenges including healing from antagonistic/narcississtic relationships. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy including training on treating addiction and trauma through an attachment lens, working with shame, and sexuality. I especially love working with sexual concerns, challenges around parenting, infidelity, blended families, and ADHD. I have two teenage sons and in my free time I enjoy watching them play sports, watching cooking shows, listening to podcasts, and seeing live comedy and theater.
