About

You want to be heard and understood. You want someone who will listen to you with unconditional caring. You want to feel less anxious, more calm, more confident. It takes courage to face your fears. I will listen to you and support you in your journey. We can explore together to help you uncover new strengths. You can let go of thought patterns and old behaviors getting in your way and holding you back. You can feel better, and you can enjoy life more.

I work with children from age 5, adolescents, adults and couples. If you or your child feel anxious or depressed, if you are experiencing the pain of relationship conflicts or grief, I can help. My style is supportive and warm. Together, we will create a nonjudgmental space to understand your difficult feelings or troubling behaviors. Change is possible.

Reaching out for help is hard. We want to believe we can do it all by ourselves. Sometimes, we all need help. If you are anxious, depressed or in any kind of emotional pain, please listen to those feelings. Make the choice to take care of your needs. Our work together begins with a phone call. Please contact me for a free, confidential phone consultation.
