About

Working with adults and adolescents, I strive to engage in a collaborative, accepting, therapeutic process that combines the client's strengths with my experience in order to promote understanding and change. . .

My approach is an eclectic one which integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, insight oriented work and stress management techniques. My goal is to help clients learn new ways to think, feel and act in their relationship with themselves, with others, and with their work.

Through becoming aware of the influences of the past, I help clients to understand how they arrived at their present situation and assist them in finding new directions based on insight, acceptance and wisdom. Watching clients grow and approach life and their relationships with more joy and satisfaction brings great meaning to my work.
