Anne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about providing a supportive, empathetic space for those she works with. Anne’s experience includes work in community mental health, psychiatric hospitalization and residential treatment. Anne is passionate about providing trauma informed services across the lifespan, particularly to those who are experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, complex trauma history, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and mood disorders. Anne values client centered care and she works hard to assist her clients in reaching their goals. She believes in meeting her clients where they are, and she works to provide a safe space to explore struggles, discover strengths, and guide in self-discovery. Anne believes therapy is best when it is collaborative. Anne utilizes a number of approaches including cognitive behavioral, solution focused and strengths based techniques. Additionally, she is certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and in Triple P (Positive Parenting Program). Anne also provides Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
