I have always felt deeply connected to the emotional experiences and sensitivities of others. I witness people feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated as they interact with and interpret both internal and external forces. My goal is to be a part of helping people feel safe and comfortable as they move through their healing journeys and personal growth. I believe with this safety, you can begin to explore what feels less safe, and move toward empowerment and healing. I believe in an integrative and systemic approach that blends cognitive and somatic practices with a trauma-informed lens to facilitate a holistic healing process. We will explore the ways your thoughts, behaviors, and environmental and relational experiences shape your emotional experiences. We will attend to what your nervous system needs in feelings of anxiety, shame, and loss. We will learn what your mind and body need as they process and absorb the world and then build on ways you are already healing. I’m committed to meeting you where you are, trusting your pace, process, and needs. My goal in our space is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore and practice new patterns of being.
