About

Are you contemplating therapy? Asking yourself if you really need it? The decision to participate in therapy is very personal and rarely straightforward. The majority of clients I work with are competent, well-functioning individuals who are struggling in some way or are feeling dissatisfied, unhappy, or stuck. Whether it's regarding a past experience, your everyday life, your relationship, fears about the future, or something more devastating or extraordinary, therapy can help.

I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client's specific needs and draw primarily from cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal theories. I am compassionate, genuine, and direct. I have helped clients with various issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and life change.

I am experienced in conducting a variety of psychological evaluations and specialize in ADHD testing. I aspire to provide the most accurate, complete, and unbiased evaluations possible. I conduct the following types of psychological evaluations: ADHD, General Mental Health/Diagnostic, Anger Assessments, Pre-surgical Psychological Evaluations, and Court-Ordered Evaluations.
