My goal is to help you improve your relationship to yourself, and feel more comfortable and confident with who you are. Those seeking therapy have the awareness that something is not sitting right as well as the initiative to do something about it. In beginning this process, it can be easy to second-guess, to diminish our problems or feel that we "have nothing to complain about." I believe that there is no worry that does not deserve to be heard and talked through; everyone has the right to feel better, and that is something we can work toward together. I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples, and I use a nonjudgmental and comfortable approach to treat depression, anxiety, relationship and self-esteem concerns. In couples work, I help partners at every relationship stage reconnect and form stronger, more authentic bonds. Each person has a richly unique personality, and each therapeutic experience will be individualized: in our work together, we will tailor your experience to what works best for you. I look forward to exploring all concerns large or small, past or present, to begin improving your experience navigating the world.
