About

Greetings from Thailand, where my family is posted with the State Dep’t. My hours are in Virginia’s evenings and all throughout the day for those in other countries. I specialize in individuals, 18+ in the government-connected, global/nomadic and service community; active duty, veterans, State Dep’t or other 3-letter agencies, first responders, medical staff, missionaries, clergy, aid workers, etc., and their families. As a veteran myself, I see your lonely nights, stressful deployments, difficulty adjusting, constantly shifting community, decision fatigue, parental guilt and continual first and second-hand trauma you've endured.

Working together, we'll learn about how you’re uniquely wired to function best in your life, then find ways to overcome whatever you face. I use an IFS-informed ("parts work") and trauma-sensitive approach to help clients find healing for issues like grief, moral injury, trauma, depression, adjustment disorder, anxiety and MST.

You'll get authentic connection and support here, a bit of humor and/or tough love if you need it, spiritual integration if you choose, and mostly, a curious, skilled partner on your path to finally feeling better! If you're a Virginia night owl or living abroad, let's connect for a free 15-minute consult. Life is hard; finding help shouldn't be.
