Accepting New Clients! Everyone deserves to feel safe, heard, and understood. No matter what life throws at you, you shouldn’t have to handle it on your own. I work to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space for clients from all different walks of life. I employ an Integrative Person-Centered Therapeutic Approach, incorporating Attachment Theory, a Strengths-based perspective, and techniques from CBT and MI. My approach incorporates a strength-based perspective, recognizing that every person holds within them the capacity for change. I am a Resident in Counseling, working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. I graduated from Eastern Mennonite University with a BS in Psychology in 2021 and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). In my free time, I enjoy reading fantasy novels, crocheting, and spending time with my two cats. I also enjoy being outdoors and going on hikes with my fiancé. I believe that healing comes from positive connections and increased self-awareness. I’m looking forward to hearing your story.
