Therapy is a process of self discovery that enables you to recognize unhealthy patterns of behavior and learn effective coping strategies for optimal health and well-being. Life happens to each of us and much of life is out of our control - but how we respond to life's events is completely within our control. Working with the individual to guide them through both personal and relationship issues is a passion of mine. Finding balance is key to a fulfilled, accomplished, satisfied life.
