About

Psychotherapy is a process of discovery and understanding of feelings associated with pain and suffering, involving building of own narrative in the presence of the Other (the therapist), allowing understanding, and alleviation of pain, shedding of destructive patterns. I work with people dealing with depression and anxiety, traumatic events of the past, struggling with lack of meaning and direction. I work with teenagers helping them deal with peer pressure and demands of school performance. I provide confidential, non-judgmental, and creative space in which the process of cure unfolds and healing is possible.

I work with adults and teenagers using psychodynamic psychotherapy approach.

As a therapist I assist you in uncovering your unconscious processes, and dynamics that may be impacting your life.
