Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
Therapy can be an incredibly rewarding act of self-care and I am here to help facilitate that journey for you and/or your family. My intention is that we work collaboratively to come up with a specific treatment plan for you so we can get you living to your utmost potential. Therapy helps give you support/tools to better manage those stressors and work through past trauma and pain. I take a strengths-based approach to counseling, integrating various treatment therapies to best meet the needs and goals of my clients. I do not believe in one size fits all. We will work together consistently tweaking our plan as we push forward to get the absolute most out of your care, highlighting your strengths and instilling a sense of autonomy. I offer initial consultations so we can discuss your needs and goals, please feel free to reach out. I got into the field because my first therapist was not the right fit and I wish they would have considered my needs and their ability to help me before just accepting the appt. I will let you know if I believe there is a need for a referral.
