About

One of the most difficult aspects of reaching out for help is finding a safe place to express yourself. My focus is on creating a collaborative relationship in an environment that encourages trust and is free of judgment. My goal is to help guide you as you work to find your way through life's challenges while identifying and holding true to who you are.

My passion is working with women struggling to make sense of the craziness we call life. It can be easy to lose yourself along the way as you try to meet all the demands of your life. Pregnancy, childbirth, postpartem depression and anxiety, and adjustment to becoming a parent are real struggles for birthing people and their partner/s. You can feel better.

You have a story that includes your own unique experiences and feelings. If you close your eyes and imagine what life would feel like without your current struggles weighing you down, what does your vision look like? That is the picture of the direction you want to move in and I will commit to helping to guide you down that path. Feeling better is possible.
