Hi, I’m so glad you’ve found me to help you start your healing journey. As a pre-licensed therapist, I work with teens, adults, and couples to guide them toward freeing themselves from suffering. I see counseling as a deeply collaborative process where our relationship is key to facilitating healing. Together, we can address problems that may have felt insurmountable on your own. I’m passionate about finding resolutions even in the most challenging situations, and I’m committed to walking this path with you. My approach is rooted in holistic healing, focusing on deep, nourishing change that addresses the root cause of your wounds. I am a somatic therapist that uses Brainspotting (BSP) to facilitate healing. BSP uses the idea that where we look influences how we feel, combining this concept with bilateral processing techniques similar to EMDR. The goal is to target and release trauma stored in both the mind and body, helping individuals free themselves from their pain and distress. I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, substance use issues, abuse, racism, oppression, relationship issues, betrayal and more.
