About

Life can be challenging and overwhelming, but finding a safe, affirming space in therapy shouldn't be. My priority is to celebrate each individual's unique identity, foster hope, and cultivate meaning in their lives through collaborative, strengths-based approaches. I aim to create an environment where clients feel empowered to explore their truths, embrace personal growth, and step into their best selves. With experience in clinical, community-based, and hospital settings, I am committed to supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges, immigration trauma, and family of origin stress.

Recognizing the importance of cultural representation in therapy, I draw from my professional and personal experiences to offer meaningful support. I strive to deeply understand and affirm each individual's unique cultural background. I find fulfillment in helping clients navigate the complexities of identity, including race, sexuality, and gender identity.

Working with me means experiencing a compassionate, empowering, and occasionally lighthearted therapeutic journey, with a touch of humor. My goal is to provide the support and resources needed to improve mental health and well-being across all dimensions of wellness.
