Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I enjoy working with adults seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, interpersonal and relationship issues, anger management, parenting, and problems stemming from stress management and life transitions. I have a variety of experience in different therapeutic settings, which has afforded me the opportunity to work with individuals from all walks of life and with a wide range of treatment needs. I have personally struggled with an anxiety disorder as well as navigating a divorce and coparenting challenges, which has provided me with insight into the difficult times some of my clients face. You are the expert on your life and your needs! I'm here to help guide you by incorporating techniques and strategies derived from acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I offer a supportive, empathic, and non-judgmental environment ideal for growth and collaboration. I respect and value a person's decision to seek help and support from their therapist, and also recognize how difficult it may be. I strive to maintain a personalized approach and invite all of my clients to take an active role in the pace and focus of their sessions. I truly view therapy as a partnership, and I look forward to working with you!
