Therapists » Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
There are times when everyone needs support, advice and new ways of coping. Whether you are struggling with a particular issue or just feel "stuck", I can help. As a licensed clinician and the founder of PRP, I have spent the last 17 years studying evidence and science based approaches to psychotherapy and the treatment of emotional/psychological issues in some of the country's best universities, including Northwestern University and UW-Madison. These experiences have allowed me to develop a holistic therapeutic approach where I integrate complementary researched-informed modalities to offer personalized and effective treatments. View 19 Photos I believe my primary role as a clinician is to improve the quality of my clients' lives. I strive to provide clients with a space they can feel heard in, genuine support, practical feedback, enhanced insight and novel problem solving strategies. With this, clients can more effectively work through challenges, meet their goals and experience emotional relief. My sessions are compassionate, pragmatic, insightful, cathartic and, at times, humorous. They help clients to view their life from a more balanced, empowering and proactive perspective. This, in conjunction with my integrative & science based approach, allows clients to build on their own strengths and, ultimately, create more satisfying and fulfilling lives.
