It gets hard feeling like no one really understands you or can relate to the things that you are dealing with. Everyday you put on a strong face and hope that someone really cares how you are doing. Do you really tell them and do they really want to know? Are they going to judge me? You were told to be strong, not to cry, don't show emotion, because you don't want to appear weak. You may have even been told that you shouldn't act a certain way because of how it will appear to others. You have avoided reaching out for help because people may think you are "crazy" but I want to tell you that you are not alone.
Imagine having someone who you could talk to without restraint or filter. Someone that you don't have to worry about judging you for the things you have said and done or holding to yourself. Whether it be a concern about challenges to you as an individual, within a relationship, or family I can be your safe place.
I respect your individual differences and perspective and want to help you become the best version of yourself. My clients appreciate the liberty they have to express themselves fully and are able to receive honest feedback that will encourage you to be accountable to yourself. I am here if you are looking for someone to walk beside you on this journey.
