I believe each person experiences life and trauma in different ways. In my experience, I have come across so many people who are hurting and I enjoy being able to be on this journey with them which starts with first establishing a relationship. I know how trauma can change someone along with grief and it comes in waves at times. I practice using CBT. I am trained in working with first responders and I specialize in narcissistic abuse recovery and know the challenges you face on that path to healing. I look forward to getting to know you!
