"What do you do for a living?" is a common question in our society. So common that oftentimes people begin to believe their occupation defines who they are. If that facet of their identity goes missing for any reason (injury, job loss, trauma), people often feel lost or confused about who they truly are. I believe that therapeutic support and counseling can help people rediscover their purpose while challenging their thoughts of what they are truly capable of. I received my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University. I spent 6 years working in a community mental health agency providing therapeutic services to children and young adolescents prior to taking an role as a provider and Director of Operations at Michael T. Farrell Ph.D. & Associates. Michael T. Farrell PhD. & Associates is a private psychological practice serving individuals with a variety of mental health needs specializing in supporting individuals who have experienced a work related trauma. We have extensive knowledge of workers compensation claims and provide support while collaborating with associated medical and legal professionals
