Are you feeling stuck? Struggling on your life journey, wanting more out of life and yourself? I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with adolescents, adults and geriatrics with a variety of concerns like depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and relationship discord. Being part of your life story by helping encourage your true authenticity and expression of self is what is most important about my role as a therapist. My aim to develop the therapeutic relationship to promote progress. Together I can help you to collaborate goals, heal & grow. I am a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and have worked in private practice and within an IOP. With a psychodynamic approach, I've worked with individuals, groups & families. I'm also passionate about advocacy, working with domestic violence groups to promote education and change to the public and serve our community. I value the importance of vulnerability & compassion, recognizing the true strength it takes to reach out when in need.
