Hello! I'm Andrea and I am pleased to announce that I am now in private practice in Webster Groves! My specialty areas include: anxiety- related issues, trauma, and grief/loss. I am fully trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR as a treatment option and am passionate about the transformative work it can foster. I also have significant experience with other forms of therapy including: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFIT),CBT, and Mindfulness. I strive to provide a safe, warm, and caring environment as a foundation to walk alongside and guide people coping with various life challenges. I received my supervision for licensure at the Mayo Clinic, and have come to specialize working with adults dealing with trauma, grief/loss, mood disorders. I have experience with complex trauma/inner child work, and I am fully trained in Attachment- Focused EMDR. Life can be challenging and isolating particularly in the world we have been living in recently. It can be really helpful to be able to share with a trusted other who can hold space and bear witness to the difficulties while also being able to count on someone who is trained in proven ways that can make a true difference in your life.
